How do I register my company?

To register simply click on Register HERE! on the top right of the screen. You will then be presented with the Business Registration form. Please fill in as many of the fields as you can and then click Submit. We will then activate your account and email you with your Username and Password. Once you have your log-in details simply log-in via the Username and Password fields and then you can see your newly created web page.

Can I update my business page myself?

Yes, simply log-in and fill in the various fields. With this directory you can add content about the company, links to your website, add pictures to the picture gallery and even add a YouTube video.

I am having trouble adding content to my page?

Simply fill in the Contact us Form and one of our support team will insert the content for you and get you up and running at no cost!

What advantage does the Merchant Square offer me?

Well for starters, it's free to sign up and create a page for your business. It also offers you complete control to add content at will and network with other friends companies. Also if you are starting off you might not want a full website straightaway, with the Merchant Square you are dipping your toe in the water and testing it out.

How do I search for content on the directory?

Simple, just type in what you are looking for into the 'Search for a Business' field located at the top left of the page. You can type in the specific name of the company, or the product or service you are interested in finding. When you add a company to the Merchant Square the name of the company goes into the database. Tags can also be added, these describe the business, products or services you offer and they are also searchable.

How do I browse for Businesses?

You can browse by selecting Browse on the main navigation bar. You can then browse by Business Name, Business Trade or Geographical Area.
